ELS-T is a full service licensed, bonded and insured electrical contractor offering a wide array of services including Construction, Project Management, Lighting, Low Voltage, (Voice/Data/Security/Audio/Visual), Temperature Controls and specializing in energy efficient measures. We have different commercial and private clients from municipal and educational to hospitality. We are conveniently located in the Chicagoland area in Oak Forest, IL. With over 100 + years' combined industry experience and operating since 2008, our highly skilled staff provides comprehensive and “Eco-Friendly” solutions for any and all of your electrical needs from the initial energy assessment to the installation of materials.

Eco Lighting Services is in Good Standing as a registered company in Illinois. We also hold certification/registration with the Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR), The State Board of Elections and the State of Illinois Capital Development Board. ELS-T will assist in your development of budget, scope of work, and specification reviews to assure project constructability on time and within budget. Our history is with working for large well-known hospitals, universities, municipalities, general contractors, financial institutions, and some of the leading ESCOs in the United States.​​

President
Mindy Nowakowski the President of ELS-T has an educational approach with her customers. Whether upgrading your lighting and controls, electrical needs, or tenant build outs, it is important that ELS-T's customers are 100% satisfied because our reputation and hard work are a direct reflection.

After graduating from DePaul with a degree in BA, Mindy tried different jobs within different industries. Working in corporate America vs working in the electrical industry was refreshing and promising.
​
Mindy seeks out and hires the most competent, innovative, skilled individuals. The ability to identify every position that needs to be filled allows to inspire and empower her team to succeed beyond their greatest expectations. Mindy fosters positive attitudes toward our company and models healthy workplace relationships. Mindy does this by encouraging, supporting and motivating people to exceed what they thought was possible.

Mindy has established ELS-T with many certifications including: WBE with Cook County / City of Chicago, DBE, WBE with WBENC, CMS, SBE, CPS, WOSB and CDB.

When not in the office Mindy likes to golf, travel, meet new people and spend time with her family and friends.
